  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp Pink lemonade powder mix
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 cup Water or sparkling water
  • 1 drop Pink food coloring
  • 2 slices Fresh lemon slices

Method

  1. In a medium chilled mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, pink lemonade powder, and sugar.
  2. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture on high speed until stiff peaks form and it becomes light and fluffy.
  3. If desired, add a drop of pink food coloring during the whipping process to achieve a more vibrant hue.
  4. Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour in the water or sparkling water until they are about 3/4 full.
  5. Spoon the whipped pink lemonade mixture generously over the top of the water in each glass.
  6. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and serve immediately with a straw for stirring.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use chilled coconut cream instead of heavy whipping cream.
