- In a medium chilled mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, pink lemonade powder, and sugar.
- Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture on high speed until stiff peaks form and it becomes light and fluffy.
- If desired, add a drop of pink food coloring during the whipping process to achieve a more vibrant hue.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour in the water or sparkling water until they are about 3/4 full.
- Spoon the whipped pink lemonade mixture generously over the top of the water in each glass.
- Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and serve immediately with a straw for stirring.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use chilled coconut cream instead of heavy whipping cream.
