Ingredients

Sliders
  • 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls 12 count
  • 6 oz deli ham thinly sliced
  • 6 oz genoa salami thinly sliced
  • 6 oz pepperoni thinly sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup banana peppers drained
Garlic Butter Glaze
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Keep the rolls connected as a block and use a long serrated knife to slice the entire slab of rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish. Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly over the rolls.
  4. Distribute the banana peppers over the cheese layer, then place the top half of the rolls back on top.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, dried oregano, garlic powder, and fresh parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping. You can also add thinly sliced red onions or shredded lettuce after baking for a fresh crunch.
