  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
  • green onions Thinly sliced, for garnish (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Begin by cooking the frozen potstickers in a large skillet following the specific instructions provided on the back of the package.
    8 to 10 frozen potstickers
  2. Once the potstickers are fully cooked and browned to your liking, transfer them to a plate and set them aside for a moment.
  3. Turn the skillet heat up to high and add the canola oil to the pan.
    4 tablespoons canola oil
  4. When the oil is hot and shimmery, add the vegetables from the stir fry kit into the skillet, tossing them quickly to ensure they are evenly coated in the oil.
1 19 oz bag fresh teriyaki vegetable stir fry kit
  5. Stir fry the vegetables frequently for a few minutes until they just begin to soften but still retain a bit of crunch.
  6. Add the sauce packet included in the kit into the skillet, along with a small splash of water and the garlic paste.
    1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
  7. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the vegetables are completely coated in the savory sauce.
  8. Return the cooked potstickers to the skillet and stir fry the entire mixture for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  9. Remove the skillet from the heat immediately to prevent the vegetables from overcooking.
  10. Serve the dish warm, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

To get the best results, use a fresh vegetable kit from the produce section rather than a frozen one for better texture. If you are cooking for a larger group, you can easily add more potstickers and seasoning without strict measurements.
