- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, milk and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
- Stack the tortillas on top of each other.
- Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the stacked tortillas into wedges (6-8 wedges per tortilla).
- Arrange the wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each wedge with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or parmesan cheese (optional).
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
