Ingredients
  

For the Filling:
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup diced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
For the Tortillas:
  • 6-8 small flour tortillas 6-inch
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • everything bagel seasoning or parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, milk and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  4. Stack the tortillas on top of each other.
  5. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the stacked tortillas into wedges (6-8 wedges per tortilla).
  6. Arrange the wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush each wedge with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or parmesan cheese (optional).
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is properly softened for easy mixing. Use a thin, even layer of filling. Monitor baking time carefully for golden brown results. Experiment with add-ins like bacon bits, jalapenos, or sun-dried tomatoes. Serve with dipping sauces like salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
