Quick, undeniably delicious, and healthy wraps packed with juicy chicken, smothered in garlicky goodness, and oozing with melted cheese.

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Wraps:
  • 4 large tortillas (whole wheat or your choice)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro optional
  • Your favorite toppings (you want to experiment with)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Ensure chicken is fully covered with the seasoning.

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until fully cooked, stirring occasionally, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Sprinkle each tortilla with mozzarella cheese.

  4. Divide the cooked cheesy garlic chicken evenly among the tortillas, placing it over the cheese.

  5. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll it up tightly.

  6. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Alternatively, you can microwave for 30-45 seconds.
