Ingredients
  

For the Whipped Feta:
  • 8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Pinch black pepper
For the Cranberry Topping:
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional

Method
 

  1. Combine cranberries, orange juice, sugar, and orange zest in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens (about 10-15 minutes). Let cool completely.
  3. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  4. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the whipped feta onto a serving platter or bowl.
  6. Spoon the cooled cranberry sauce over the whipped feta.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts (if using).
  8. Serve immediately or chill for later.
