Ingredients
  

Whipped Pink Lemonade
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix
For Serving
  • 1 tablespoon pink lemonade mix per glass
  • 3/4 cup water per glass
  • ice as needed
  • tiny umbrellas optional garnish
  • Maraschino Cherries optional garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and 2 tablespoons of pink lemonade mix.
  2. Whip the mixture on high speed using a whisk, hand mixer, or stand mixer until the cream has thickened and stiff peaks begin to form. Be careful not to over-whip.
  3. In each serving glass, add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix and 3/4 cup of water. Stir well to dissolve the mix.
  4. Fill each glass about 2/3 full with ice.
  5. Spoon or pipe the whipped pink lemonade mixture generously on top of the lemonade in each glass.
  6. Garnish with optional tiny umbrellas and Maraschino cherries if desired.
  7. Stir the whipped topping into the lemonade before drinking to fully combine the flavors.

Notes

This recipe is a fun and easy way to make a special lemonade. Kids can help with most steps, especially adding the ingredients to the glasses. For best results, use cold heavy whipping cream.
