Valentine's Day Cake Batter Fudge

Ingredients
  

Cake Batter Layer
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cake batter flavored extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • pink food coloring
Fudge Layer
  • 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping (Optional)
  • sprinkles shaped hearts

Equipment

  • 8x8 inch baking pan
  • Parchment Paper
  • Microwave-safe bowls

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, food coloring, cake batter flavoring, and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

  3. Pour the cake batter fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. In a separate microphone bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smoothly melted. Mix in the vanilla.

  5. Pour the melted fudge mixture over the cake batter layer, then spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with heart-shaped sprinkles or any other decorations as desired.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
  8. Remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and serve with love!
