In a large zip-top bag, combine the powdered sugar and crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Seal the bag.

Pour the chocolate-coated cereal into the bag with the powdered sugar mixture. Seal the bag tightly and shake well until all pieces are thoroughly coated.

Spread the Cupid Chow in a single layer on wax paper or parchment paper. Immediately sprinkle with heart-shaped sprinkles and Valentine's Day M&Ms (if using).

Allow the Cupid Chow to sit and cool completely, about 30 minutes, so the chocolate sets.
Break apart the Cupid Chow and store in an airtight container. Serve and enjoy spreading the love!
