Notes

For the absolute best results, seek out high-quality ingredients. Bursting, juicy cherry tomatoes and fresh, creamy mozzarella make all the difference. Don't use pre-shredded mozzarella, it lack the necessary texture, avoid low-quality basil. Feel free to get creative with the balsamic glaze; different flavors such as fig or pomegranate can add a unique twist. If you're preparing this appetizer to make a spicy snack, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for that will give it a subtle kick. Also, the final product must be served immediately for the best presentation. To keep the Tomato & and Mozzarella appetizers fresh, make sure they are covered in a fridge with any sauce so they are not exposed.
