Method
 

  1. Carefully slice each date lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and chopped pistachios until well combined.
  3. Gently open each date slightly and fill with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Arrange the stuffed dates on a serving plate.
  5. Drizzle generously with honey.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes
