  1. Place a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and saute the ground beef for 5 to 6 minutes or until it is thoroughly browned.

    1 onion
  3. Season the mixture with your favorite chili oil, soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, and a pinch of sugar to balance the flavors.
1 tbsp Chili oil, 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Vegetarian Oyster Sauce, 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  4. Saute the beef and aromatics for another 1 minute to allow the sauce to caramelize slightly, then add in your pre-cooked sundried QQ noodles.
    2 packs QQ Noodles
  5. Toss everything together and saute for 2 to 3 minutes on high heat to ensure the noodles are well-coated and heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
    Sesame seeds, Green onion

Notes

Using sundried QQ noodles is highly recommended for their bouncy texture, but ensure you do not overcook them before adding to the stir-fry. Maintain high heat during the final cooking stage to help the savory sauce cling to the noodles properly.
