Ingredients

  • 3 fresh peaches, chopped
  • 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate (1 can)
  • 24 ounces water (fill the empty lemonade can twice)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Equipment

  • Blender
  • 9x11-inch glass cake pan

Method

  1. Begin by chopping your fresh peaches. You can leave the skins on if you have a high-powered blender, as they will blend right into the mixture.

  2. Place the chopped peaches, the entire 12-ounce can of frozen lemonade concentrate, and 24 ounces of water into your blender.

  3. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth. If your blender has a Juice setting, that works perfectly to ensure the peach skins are fully incorporated.
  4. To speed up the freezing process, pour the blended liquid into a 9x11-inch glass cake pan.
  5. Place the pan in the freezer for approximately 4 hours. The sugar content from the peaches and the lemonade concentrate prevents it from freezing into a solid block, keeping it perfectly slushy.
  6. Once frozen to your liking, use a spoon or scoop to serve the mixture into glasses.
  7. Optional: Garnish each glass with a fresh mint leaf or a slice of peach for an extra touch of elegance.

Notes

For the best results, choose peaches that are very ripe and fragrant, or peel them if you do not have a high-powered blender. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
