Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Then add onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened (about 5 minutes).

Pour in the chicken broth, diced tomatoes (undrained), basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Give it a good mix

Add pasta to the pot. Make sure the pasta is mostly covered with liquid. Add more broth or water of necessary.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked al dente and chicken is cooked through. Be sure to stir occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking.
Stir in milk, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
