Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups limeade such as Simply Limeade or Minute Maid
  • 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp coarse sea salt plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups Topo Chico sparkling water or club soda
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  • Ice

Method
 

  1. Combine the limeade, fresh orange juice, and fresh lime juice in a large pitcher or punch bowl.

  2. Add the 1/4 teaspoon of coarse sea salt to the pitcher and stir until the salt is fully dissolved.

  3. Just before serving, gently pour the Topo Chico or club soda into the pitcher and stir to combine.

  4. Add a generous amount of ice to the pitcher to chill the mocktails.

  5. If desired, prepare glasses by rubbing a lime wedge around the rims and dipping them in coarse sea salt.

  6. Pour the mocktails into the prepared glasses and garnish each with a fresh lime wedge. Serve immediately.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh-squeezed orange and lime juice. The mocktail base (without sparkling water) can be made a day ahead. Add the fizzy water just before serving to maintain carbonation. For a fun twist, rim the glasses with a mix of salt and chili powder.
