  • 1 teaspoon dragon fruit powder
  • 2 cups white grape juice
  • 1/2 cup mango juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon green bean coffee extract optional, for caffeine
  • ice
  • 1/4 cup dragon fruit pieces fresh, frozen, or freeze-dried, cut into cubes

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the dragon fruit powder, white grape juice, mango juice, and green bean coffee extract (if using).
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined and the dragon fruit powder is fully dissolved.
  3. Prepare your serving glasses by filling them with ice.
  4. Add the dragon fruit pieces (fresh, frozen, or freeze-dried) to each glass on top of the ice.
  5. Pour the refresher mixture evenly into the prepared glasses.
  6. Stir gently before serving. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a creamier version, add 1/2 cup of coconut milk. For an alcoholic version, add a splash of rum or vodka. This recipe can be batched and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
