- In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, light rum, and coconut rum. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into your serving glass (hurricane or collins glass recommended) and set aside.
- Rinse out the blender.
- Add the banana, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and ice to the clean blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Slowly pour the banana mixture over the strawberry mixture in the glass, allowing it to create a layered effect that resembles lava flow.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice and a cocktail umbrella.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical escape!
