Keto Salami Roll Ups

These keto salami roll ups are incredibly easy to make and taste absolutely delicious. They are the perfect low-carb appetizer for parties, game days, or a quick snack at home when you need something satisfying and savory.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 lb Sliced Salami
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 24 Mini Dill Pickles (approximately)
  • Toothpicks (for serving)

Method
 

  1. Start by softening your cream cheese to make it easily spreadable. You can leave it on the counter for a few hours or warm it briefly in the microwave for a few seconds.

  2. Lay a slice of salami flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
    1/4 lb Sliced Salami
  3. Add a portion of cream cheese to the salami slice and spread it evenly across the surface. For fewer carbohydrates, you can use a thinner layer of cream cheese.

  4. Place a mini dill pickle at one end of the salami slice.

  5. Carefully roll the salami around the pickle until it is fully enclosed.
  6. Secure the roll with a toothpick so it holds its shape.
