  • 2 cups Filtered water
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Magnesium powder

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Pour the filtered water into a large glass or pitcher.
  2. Squeeze the fresh lemon and lime juice into the water, ensuring no seeds fall in.
  3. Add the sea salt and optional sweetener (honey or maple syrup) to the mixture.
  4. If using magnesium powder, add it now to enhance the electrolyte profile.
  5. Stir or shake the mixture vigorously until the salt and sweetener are completely dissolved.
  6. Taste and adjust the balance of citrus or sweetness if desired.
  7. Serve immediately over ice or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Notes

Use high-quality sea salt or Himalayan pink salt for trace minerals. This drink is best consumed fresh.
