  • 2 tablespoons butter salted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn gold n' white preferred, but any frozen corn works
  • 2 ounces cream cheese cut into chunks
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
  1. In a skillet pan, over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together.
  2. Once melted, add the frozen corn to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through.
  4. Add the cream cheese chunks, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
  5. Stir everything together until the cream cheese is melted and the corn is creamy.
  6. Continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until well combined and heated through.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This recipe yields approximately 6 servings, but can be stretched to 8 for smaller appetites. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
