- In a skillet pan, over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together.
- Once melted, add the frozen corn to the skillet.
- Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through.
- Add the cream cheese chunks, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
- Stir everything together until the cream cheese is melted and the corn is creamy.
- Continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until well combined and heated through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This recipe yields approximately 6 servings, but can be stretched to 8 for smaller appetites. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
