- Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC). Spray a 9X9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, crumbling with a spoon. Drain cooked sausage on a paper towel-lined plate and let cool.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the cooled sausage and all the rest of the ingredients, and stir until evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the top is browned and bubbling.
Notes
This dip is great on tortilla chips, corn chips, pretzels, crackers, veggies, or breadsticks. For a slow cooker version: warm cream cheese in the cooker, add browned sausage and other ingredients, and cook on high for 1 hour.
