Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces Velveeta
  • 4 ounces Muenster cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried ground sage

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC). Spray a 9X9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, crumbling with a spoon. Drain cooked sausage on a paper towel-lined plate and let cool.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, add the cooled sausage and all the rest of the ingredients, and stir until evenly combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the top is browned and bubbling.

Notes

This dip is great on tortilla chips, corn chips, pretzels, crackers, veggies, or breadsticks. For a slow cooker version: warm cream cheese in the cooker, add browned sausage and other ingredients, and cook on high for 1 hour.
