Method
 

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or place them into a Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

  2. Combine the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese in a bowl.

  3. Mix well until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Shape each ball into a heart by gently pressing and pinching the top.
  6. Melt the chocolate candy coating according to package instructions.

  7. Dip each Oreo truffle heart into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.

  8. Place the dipped truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  9. Add sprinkles to the top, while the chocolate is still melted.
