Healthy Grilled Chicken Ranch Wraps

These healthy grilled chicken and ranch wraps are loaded with chicken, cheese, and ranch. They come together in under 15 minutes and make a great lunch or snack at only 255 calories each!

  • 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breasts chopped (seasoned with your favorite spices)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro minced (optional)
  • 4 8'' tortillas
  • 1 tsp cooking spray or oil for pan

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Lay tortillas on a clean flat surface.
  2. On each tortilla, layer approximately 1/2 cup of chopped chicken, 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing, 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1 tablespoon of minced cilantro (if using).
  3. Fold each tortilla tightly to form a burrito shape.
  4. Heat a heavy-duty pan or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly coat with cooking spray or oil.
  5. Place the wraps seam-side down in the hot pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown, and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove the wraps from the pan, slice in half, and serve immediately.

Notes

For the chicken: You can use cooked rotisserie chicken, leftover chicken, or grilled chicken seasoned with your favorite spices. If grilling fresh chicken, season with a tablespoon of fajita seasoning and grill in a hot pan for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Add diced avocado, tomatoes, or lettuce for extra flavor and nutrients.
