  • 1 slice Good quality bread (sprouted grain, sourdough, or whole wheat)
  • 1 Tbsp Cream cheese (softened) For Berry Basil and Kiwi Strawberry Toast
  • 1 Tbsp Nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower seed)
  • 1 Tbsp Chocolate nut butter spread Or homemade
  • 1 Tbsp Hummus
  • ½ ripe Avocado
Toppings & Seasonings
  • 4 fresh Basil leaves
  • 1 tsp Everything but the bagel seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Hemp seeds Optional
  • ¼ tsp Chia seeds Optional
  • ½ ripe Avocado
  • salt Salt To taste
  • pepper Pepper To taste
  • 1 large Strawberry Sliced into pieces
  • 1 tsp Shredded coconut Unsweetened
  • 1 slice Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ Tbsp Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Toast your bread to your desired level of crispiness.
  2. Prepare the Chocolate Nut Butter Spread: Combine nut butter and 70% dark chocolate chips in a bowl. Microwave for 20-30 seconds until melted. Stir well.
  3. For Avocado Toast with Everything Seasoning: Mash ½ ripe avocado onto toast. Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning.
  4. For Berries and Basil Toast: Spread cream cheese on toast. Top with sliced strawberries, blackberries, and fresh basil leaves.
  5. For Bear Toast: Spread chocolate nut butter on toast. Arrange 3 banana slices in the center, top with a blueberry. Add two blueberries above for eyes and two banana slices above for ears.
  6. For Cucumber Hummus Toast: Spread hummus on toast. Arrange cucumber slices and sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning or salt and pepper.
  7. For Cat Toast: Spread chocolate nut butter on toast. Use a blackberry for the nose, two blueberries for eyes, two strawberry slices for ears, and apple sticks for whiskers.
  8. For Kiwi Strawberry Toast: Spread cream cheese on toast. Top with sliced kiwi on one half and sliced strawberries on the other. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  9. For Avocado and Radish Toast: Mash ½ ripe avocado onto toast. Top with thin radish slices and season with salt and pepper.
  10. For Bruschetta Toast: Mash ½ ripe avocado onto toast. Top with sliced grape tomatoes and fresh basil. Place mozzarella slice on top and microwave for 20-30 seconds to melt.
  11. For Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Toast: Spread nut butter on toast. Sprinkle with hemp seeds, chia seeds (optional), and chocolate chips.
  12. For Avocado, Tomato and Fried Egg Toast: Mash ½ ripe avocado onto toast. Add sliced tomato. Fry an egg in a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat until whites are set. Spoon the egg onto the toast and season with salt and pepper.
  13. For Nut Butter, Banana & Superfood Seeds Toast: Spread nut butter on toast. Arrange banana slices and sprinkle with chia and hemp seeds.
  14. For Owl Toast: Spread chocolate nut butter on toast. Use banana slices and blueberries for eyes, strawberry slices for wings, and a kiwi slice (or berry) for the beak. Add chocolate chips at the bottom for feathers.
