In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until evenly combined.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and parsley.

Turn the dough seam-side down and place on the prepared baking sheet leaving some space in between of each.
