Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.

Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for a few minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
