Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
8 ounces cream cheese, softened, 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Lay a tortilla flat. Spread about 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
8 large flour tortillas
Top the cream cheese mixture with a layer of thinly sliced roast beef. Be generous, but not so much that it can't roll!
1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
Tightly roll up the tortilla, starting from one end. Make sure the seam is facing to avoid the roll to unravel.
Using a sharp knife, cut each rolled-up tortilla into 1-inch slices.
Lightly grease a baking dish. Arrange the tortilla slices, seam-side down, in the prepared dish.
Brush the tops of the tortilla roll-ups with melted butter.
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
While the roll-ups are baking, prepare the au jus, If you are using it, in a saucepan, combine condensed French onion soup and water. Heat over medium heat until simmering.
10.75 ounce can condensed French onion soup, 1 cup water
Remove the French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups from the oven and serve immediately with warm au jus for dipping (if desired). Enjoy!
