- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano.
- In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture.
- Immediately coat the ravioli in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange the ravioli on a baking sheet lightly coated with vegetable oil spray.
- Spray the tops of the ravioli with vegetable oil spray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For the crispiest Easy Toasted Ravioli, make sure you don't overcrowd your baking sheet. Working in batches ensures each ravioli gets plenty of air circulation, leading to even browning. Don’t skip spraying the tops of the ravioli with oil; this helps them achieve a beautiful, golden-brown color. If you find that your breadcrumbs aren’t adhering well, try using a slightly thicker egg wash by adding a tablespoon of flour. Also, keep a close eye on the ravioli while they bake, every oven is different, and you want to take them out when they’re perfectly golden brown, not burned.
