  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam seedless preferred
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed plus extra for topping, optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Prepare your pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.
  2. Melt the chocolate: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.

  3. Incorporate the strawberry flavor: Add the strawberry jam, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla extract, and salt to the melted chocolate mixture.

  4. Mix it up: Stir until thoroughly combined and the mixture is a beautiful pink color.
  5. Pour and decorate: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. If desired, sprinkle the top with extra crushed freeze-dried strawberries.

  6. Chill time: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
