Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • Nonstick spray or parchment paper

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cheddar, mozzarella, chopped pickles, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs if using. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop teaspoon-sized mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing each one about an inch apart.
  4. Gently flatten each mound so they crisp evenly in the oven.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish crisping.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature for a crunchy, cheesy snack.

Notes

To avoid sogginess, ensure you pat the chopped pickles dry with a paper towel before mixing. Always use parchment paper or a silicone mat as the cheese will stick to a bare pan.
