  1. In a medium bowl, toss the chicken cubes with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  3. While the chicken is cooking, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, honey, and garlic powder in a separate bowl. Adjust the sriracha to your desired level of spiciness.
1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoons sriracha, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and place it in a clean bowl. Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the chicken and toss gently to coat thoroughly.
