  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Vegetables:
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 can artichoke hearts 14 ounce, drained and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Seasoning:
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional
Topping (optional):
  • 0.25 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pinch paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, and garlic.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and paprika (if using).
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is thoroughly softened for smooth texture. Squeeze spinach completely dry to prevent watery dip. Experiment with different cheeses like Gruyere or Fontina. Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated before baking. Serve with toasted baguette, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
