Preheat your oven! Set it to 375°F (190°C).
Make the sauce: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Combine ingredients: Add the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, steamed cauliflower, and chopped bell pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

Add the cheese: Add 1cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well
