Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup 10.5-oz
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix 1-oz
  • 1 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots 30 to 32-oz

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cooked chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, chopped bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.

  3. Gently fold the frozen tater tots into the chicken mixture until they are evenly coated.

  5. Bake the casserole uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the mixture is hot and bubbly and the tater tots are cooked through.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. For the best cheese melt, try grating your own cheddar cheese from a block rather than using pre-shredded bags.
