Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Creamy Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix dry
Cheese & Bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Optional
  • Green onions chopped (for garnish)
  • Hot sauce to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the chicken using your preferred method - bake, poach, slow cook, or use rotisserie chicken. Once cooked, shred or dice it into bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix. Make sure there are no lumps of cream cheese.

  3. Add the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon to the creamy mixture. Stir until everything is evenly combined.

  4. Serve warm with your favorite sides. Options include buns, lettuce wraps, crackers, vegetables, or rice.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and a dash of hot sauce, if desired, for an extra pop of flavor.
