  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1 baguette sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, and lemon zest. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  2. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each baguette slice.
  3. Top each slice with a piece of thinly sliced cucumber.
  4. Arrange a piece of smoked salmon on top of the cucumber.
  5. Garnish with capers and a sliver of red onion for added flavor.
