- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, taco seasoning mix, salsa, and green onions.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Shape the cheese mixture into a wreath shape on a large serving platter.
- Press the chopped cilantro all over the cheese ball wreath, covering it completely.
- Decorate the wreath with chopped red and green bell peppers to resemble Christmas ornaments.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the cheese ball to firm up.
- Serve chilled with your favorite tortilla chips.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is thoroughly softened for a smooth texture. Taste the cheese ball mixture and adjust seasoning or salsa to your preference. Consider adding cayenne pepper for a kick.
