Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add cooked and shredded chicken in skillet.

Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened slightly which is about 3-5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Spread the prepared Alfredo sauce evenly over each flatbread. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and Chicken evenly distributing mix.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the flatbread is golden brown.
