Method

  4. Mix until well combined and dough-like in consistency.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  6. Roll each ball in confectioners' sugar to coat.
  7. Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate until firm, about 1-2 hours.
