  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 10 flour tortillas (6-inch size)

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain any excess grease.

  2. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.

  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them more pliable.

  4. Sprinkle a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evening over the meat mixture. Stir to combine.

  5. Lay a tortilla flat, spoon a generous amount of the meat and cheese mixture onto it, and spread evenly.

  6. Tightly roll up the tortilla. Do this until all tortillas are filled.

  7. Cut each rolled tortilla into 2-inch sticks. Place the sticks on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
