Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough 16 oz, thawed
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • baking spray

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Bundt pan or large cast iron skillet
  • Large Bowl
  • Foil

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan or a large cast iron skillet.
  2. Cut the thawed bread dough into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the bread cubes to the cheese mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange the cheese-coated bread cubes in the prepared bundt pan or skillet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before inverting onto a serving platter (if using a bundt pan). Serve warm.

Notes

For more intense flavor, try adding provolone or Gruyere cheese. Add sun-dried tomatoes or chopped olives for variation. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary. Watch carefully during baking and tent with foil if browning too quickly. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Perfect for holiday gatherings, brunch, or with soup.
