  • 1 pound ground beef lean
  • 1 package slider buns 12 count
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese sliced or shredded
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • Pickles sliced
  • Onion diced
  • Tomato sliced
  • Lettuce

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands.

  2. Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions. Flatten each portion to form small, round slider patties.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice or sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Allow the cheese to melt.

  5. While the patties are cooking, prep the slider buns. Spread ketchup and mustard on the bottom buns.

  6. Place a cheesy patty on each bottom bun. Add your favorite toppings like pickles, onion, tomato, and lettuce. Cover with the top buns.
