Ingredients
  

For the Dip
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 ounce, drained
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 ounce, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For Serving
  • baguette slices toasted
  • crackers

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the drained diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped fresh basil, dried oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a small oven-safe baking dish or an attractive serving dish.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
  6. Let the dip cool slightly for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices or your favorite crackers.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, you can add a tablespoon of balsamic glaze to the dip mixture before baking. Garnish with extra fresh basil before serving.
