- In a small mixing bowl, combine the Premier Protein Vanilla Powder and the all-purpose flour. Stir them together until the powders are evenly distributed.1/4 cup Premier Protein Vanilla Powder, 2-3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Add the cream cheese and the fresh blueberries to the dry mixture.3 tbsp cream cheese, 1/4 cup blueberries
- Gently fold the ingredients together. If you find the dough is too soft to handle, add an extra tablespoon of flour. If the dough appears too thick or crumbly, add a teaspoon of water to help it bind.
- Once the desired consistency is reached, roll the batter into tablespoon-sized balls using your hands.
- Place the bites on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow them to set before serving.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese to ensure a smooth mixing process and prevent lumps. For a more dessert-like finish, roll the finished bites in a dusting of extra protein powder or crushed graham crackers.
