Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Premier Protein Vanilla Powder
  • 2-3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese of choice
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the Premier Protein Vanilla Powder and the all-purpose flour. Stir them together until the powders are evenly distributed.

  2. Add the cream cheese and the fresh blueberries to the dry mixture.

  3. Gently fold the ingredients together. If you find the dough is too soft to handle, add an extra tablespoon of flour. If the dough appears too thick or crumbly, add a teaspoon of water to help it bind.
  4. Once the desired consistency is reached, roll the batter into tablespoon-sized balls using your hands.
  5. Place the bites on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow them to set before serving.

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese to ensure a smooth mixing process and prevent lumps. For a more dessert-like finish, roll the finished bites in a dusting of extra protein powder or crushed graham crackers.
