  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni optional
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch red pepper flakes optional
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and ricotta cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir in mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni (if using), Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  4. Pour mixture into a small oven-safe dish .
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
