Gently wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the top of each strawberry and carefully hollow out the center using a small spoon or knife. Make sure not to cut through the bottom.
1 pound fresh strawberries
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until everything is well combined. Taste, and adjust the cayenne pepper if you want it spicier or less spicy.

Transfer the creamy filling to a piping bag or a ziplock bag with one corner snipped off. Pipe the filling into the hollowed-out strawberries.
