Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 16 oz mini pretzels
  • 1 cup neutral oil
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Seasoning In a Pickle Seasoning Blend
  • 2 tablespoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, ranch mix, dill pickle seasoning, dried dill, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper if you’re using it.
  3. Add the pretzels to the bowl and stir until everything is evenly coated. Keep stirring a little longer than you think you need to so the oil and seasonings really cling to the pretzels.
  4. Spread the pretzels out in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, giving them a good stir every 10 to 15 minutes, until the oil is absorbed and the pretzels feel dry to the touch.
  6. Let them cool completely, then store in an airtight container.

Notes

Once the pretzels are completely cool, store them in an airtight container at room temperature. They’ll stay fresh and crunchy for about 7 to 10 days.
