Method
- Place the wraps on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Lay the warmed tortilla on a flat surface and use a spoon to spread a thin, even layer of marinara sauce across the top.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce in an even layer.
- Evenly sprinkle the dried oregano, basil, and garlic powder over the cheese.
- Carefully roll the left and right sides of the tortilla inward.
- Starting from the bottom, roll the tortilla tightly toward the top to create a log shape.
- Place the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes or until the exterior is golden and crispy.
- Use a serrated knife to slice the tortillas into 4 even pieces and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use a serrated knife to slice the crispy tortillas without crushing them. Place rolls seam-side down in the air fryer to prevent unrolling during cooking.
